To Infinity and Beyond is family-owned and family-run. Margarita and Santi are relatives — raised in different worlds, shaped by different experiences, and united by a shared belief that people deserve work that actually feels like theirs.
Our Magic Formula
Margarita has spent 25 years building roots in Rhode Island — working inside communities, institutions, and systems to create opportunity for the people most often left out. Santi has spent his life in motion — from Colombia to India to the US, through game studios, museums, and meditation halls — learning how things are built and what makes them last.
When they come together in a session, you get both: the strategic mind that has navigated government agencies, community organizations, and private sector partnerships for decades, and the technical creative who has shipped products for Disney, built interactive experiences for thousands of visitors, and learned to sit quietly with what's actually going on beneath the surface.
And then there's the layer that most consultancies wouldn't dare mention — but that we believe makes all the difference: we bring astrology, tarot, and meditation into our work. As tools for seeing clearly — for surfacing what a spreadsheet won't show you, for sitting with a decision that logic alone can't resolve, for reconnecting you to the reason you started in the first place. These aren't decorations. They're part of how we help you go beyond the details and into the vision.

Our experience
MARGARITA ROBLEDO GUEDES
Margarita has spent more than 25 years doing one thing exceptionally well: building bridges between people who need opportunity and the systems that can provide it.
She has directed community education programs, led economic development initiatives for Latino entrepreneurs, managed multi-partner federal housing programs, and grown a minority contractors program from the ground up — increasing participation by 70% and helping builders who had long been overlooked finally get a seat at the table.
She is bilingual — fully fluent in English and Spanish — and she moves with equal ease through grassroots community work and institutional systems. She knows how to secure funding, build coalitions, and make things happen in environments where nothing moves fast and everything requires trust.
She is also an AI-certified practitioner and an active member of the Women in AI community — someone who takes technology seriously as a tool for equity, not just efficiency.
At TI&B, Margarita brings all of this to every client. The strategic clarity. The network. The decades of knowing what it actually takes to build something in the real world. And the deeply personal belief — shaped by a life spent working with underserved communities — that everyone deserves the chance to build something of their own.
Her coaching draws on astrology, tarot and ritual as tools for seeing beyond the practical details — for helping you connect to the bigger vision of what your work could become.
SANTIAGO "SANTI" ÁLVAREZ
Santi has always been drawn to two things that most people keep separate: how things are built, and why they matter.
He is a software engineer with a decade of experience shipping real products — games featured by Apple and built for Disney, interactive museum exhibits using augmented reality and live data, apps used daily by thousands of players. He has led development teams, built automation systems, and worked inside multinational companies where he learned what it takes to move fast without losing quality.
He is also a certified Meditation Teacher (300 hours, trained in India), a permaculture designer, and someone who has traveled to and lived across more than ten countries. That combination — technical depth and human sensitivity — is not accidental. It is the result of a life spent asking what tools are actually for, and who they serve.
At TI&B, Santi brings the technical eye that most business coaches simply don't have. He can look at your workflows, your tools, your systems, and your idea for a product — and tell you what's actually possible, what's worth building, and how to get there without burning out or overcomplicating it.
He also brings the quieter skills: the ability to ask the question that cuts to the heart of things, the presence to sit with uncertainty, and the genuine curiosity that makes clients feel seen rather than processed.
